Ashley & Alexander Engagement Session

Today I had an engagement session with Ashley & Alexander in Cranes Roost Park in UpTown Altamonte Springs. They said they were shy, but it doesn't show in the portraits!

UpTown Altamonte has really grown in recent years. Cranes Roost Park has gone over an extensive makeover. Besides having a wonderful area for walking and jogging, the Park is right next to the mall, the movie theatre, and tons of great places to grab a delicious bite of food.

We started off the E-Session in front of the European-style plaza. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It plaza also makes a wonderful spot for small intimate weddings! At night, there is a choreographed lighted fountain show!

Ashley & Alex continued to make their way around the park. I had them sit down in front of the new amphitheater. As we were walking back, Ashley wanted a lift from Alex! He gave her a piggy-back right. It was a great impromptu movement to capture. I think it really shows how much fun they have as a couple.

Family, Children & Maternity Session

Today I had the pleasure to have a photo session with the Albin Family in Daytona Beach. Shannon was exact 30 weeks the day of the shoot with babt Rhiley. Connor and Elia were wonderful during the shoot. The window provided some beautiful light to capture great portraits with Shannon & Devin and the children. I cannot wait till Rhiley is born next year, I hope to photograph her newborn session!

Senior Representatives

Amy Van Epps Photography is looking for 5 senior reps for the 2011-2012 school year from Orange and Seminole counties. Senior Reps are students who represent Amy Van Epps Photography in exchange for credits toward the cost of their own senior pictures. It is possible for a rep to save hundreds of dollars on the cost of their own senior portraits by referring their friends and classmates. Candidates must be a senior during 2011-2012 school year and are outgoing, energetic, have a great style and have tons of school spirit. As a rep you will receive a complementary senior session (a $150 value), 50 rep cards to pass out to friends and classmates, as well as complementary Facebook portraits.

Busy November!

I can't believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner!

I'm actually quite excited this week. I will be photographing the Albin family in Daytona Beach tomorrow. Shannon is pregnant with lil Rhiley, so I'll be doing some maternity poses too.

Tuesday I will be doing an engagement with Ashley & Alexander in Altamonte Springs. We decided to meet at 4 pm. The light is going to be gorgeous!
